Proof of Insurance Coverage

Please be advised that if our records show your account insurance policy has expired or is not current with Rentco Equipment Ltd. the RPP (Rental Protection Plan) will apply. RPP is the coverage we provide to our valued customers to reduce their risk in circumstances where equipment has been damaged. There will be a fee charged on each invoice to limit your risk in relation to both destruction and damages of the equipment you rent from Rentco Equipment Ltd.

Many of our customers have chosen to not take part in this program. To opt out you must provide “Proof of Insurance” which consists of following conclusions:

  1. Customer shall, at their expense, provide a Certificate of All Risk Property Insurance blanket coverage on rented equipment to the Equipment’s full replacement value with minimum limits of liability of not less than $5 million per occurrence.
  2. A letter of insurance confirming coverage on specific equipment showing Rentco Equipment Ltd. as “Loss Payee” with a 30-day cancellation clause.

 

Customers who do not provide us will proof of insurance by the required date will automatically be entered into our Rental Protection Plan (RPP).
